Law of the Russian Federation No. 943-1 of March 21, 1991 on Tax Bodies in the Russian Federation

Text of the Law was published in Vedomosti S'ezda Narodnykh Deputatov Rossiiskoi Federatsii i Verkhovnogo Soveta Rossiiskoi Federatsii, 1991, No. 15, item 492

Federal Law No. 57-FZ of May 29, 2002 amended this Law. The amendments shall be put into effect on the expiry of one month as of the date of the official publication of the mentioned Federal Law and shall extend to the relations arising as of January 1, 2002

According to Federal Law No. 196-FZ of December 30, 2001 item 12 of Article 7 of this Law shall be abolished as of July 1, 2002

Federal Law No. 135-FZ of November 7, 2000 amended this Law

Federal Law No. 151-FZ of July 8, 1999 amended this Law

Federal Law No. 144-FZ of November 16, 1997 amended this Law

Federal Law No. 67-FZ of June 13, 1996 on Amending Article 11 of the Law of the RSFSR on the State Tax Service of the RSFSR introduced amendments to the present Law

The Law was amended by Law of the Russian Federation No. 4549-1 of February 25, 1993 on Introduction of Amendments in Laws of the RSFSR on Constitutional Court of the RSFSR, on the State Tax Service of the RSFSR and in Regulations on Commissions for Minors Cases which were approved by Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of June 3, 1967

The amendments come into force at the moment of the publication.
